Morning Meditation

Once again I was blessed to enjoy this early morning sunrise in the eastern Texas sky πŸ™πŸ½β€οΈ

Morning is a wonderful time to meditate and reflect and just go quiet within yourself. As the sun rises and a new day begins, allow yourself to rise and begin again.

At this magical time of day, in the stillness and quiet of the half awake, half asleep dreamlike state, your brain is capable of experiencing alpha and theta brainwaves simultaneously, which normally occurs only separately. This can be a very creative state of mind.

Next time you have the pleasure to awaken your senses in the sleepy wee hours of the morning, just before the earth awakens, try to be still, breath deeply and bring into existence whatever your deepest soul desires.
